This is an original, French eight panel movie poster from 1985 for a theatrical re-release of E.T. The Extra Terrestrial starring Henry Thomas, Dee Wallace, Peter Coyote and Drew Barrymore. Steven Spielberg directed the classic film. John Alvin is the artist for the poster.
The billboard-style poster measures 117” x 157.5” (approximately 10 feet by 13 feet) and was printed in eight sections designed to overlap. The poster was never used and is in very good to excellent condition with very minor surface wear from handling. It was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
