This is an original, German A0 theatrical movie poster from 1967 for a theatrical re-release of Gone with the Wind. The film stars Clark Gable, Vivien Leigh, Olivia de Havilland, Leslie Howard, Hattie McDaniel, and Thomas Mitchell. Victor Fleming directed the classic Civil War drama.
The poster measures 33" x 47" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. The poster was in very good condition prior to linen-backing with very minor edge and fold wear from previous handling. The linen edge was previously trimmed a bit unevenly but this has no impact on the poster itself. Linen-backed posters are stored flat and rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
Please look closely at the photos (this is the exact poster you are buying). The black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
