This is an original Italian 4 Fogli theatrical movie poster from 1979 for Alien starring Sigourney Weaver, Tom Skerritt, Veronica Cartwright, Harry Dean Stanton, John Hurt, and Ian Holm. Ridley Scott directed the science fiction classic. Steve Frankfurt and Philip Gips created the iconic poster art.
The poster was printed in two sections designed to overlap and measures 55” x 78”. It is in very good to excellent condition with minimal creasing along some of the fold lines. The poster was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.

The black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.This very rare and collectible poster, printed in 1979 to promote the Italian theatrical release of Alien, is not a reprint or reproduction.
