Alamo (1960)

This is an original, British quad theatrical movie poster 1960 for The Alamo starring John Wayne, Richard Widmark, Laurence Harvey, Frankie Avalon, Linda Cristal, Chill Wills and Richard Boone. John Wayne also directed the western film. Reynold Brown is the artist for the poster.

The poster measures 30”x 40” and is in very good condition with minimal creasing along parts of the edges and some scattered, faint creases from previous handing on the A and the O of the main title.  They are not very noticeable when flattened for display.   The poster was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters. The poster has been stored rolled for decades away from light. It will be shipped in a rigid, tube mailer.
