This is an original, British quad poster from 1978 for a theatrical re-release of 2001: A Space Odyssey. The science fiction classic stars Gary Lockwood, Keir Dullea, William Sylvester, Daniel Richter, Leonard Rossiter, Robert Beatty and Douglas Rain. Stanley Kubrick directed the science fiction classic.
The poster measures 30” x 40” and is in good to very good condition with pinholes in the corners and creasing along outer edges from theatrical display. There is a tiny bit of paper loss in the top-white edge. It was folded at the time of printing and there are some creases along some of the folds. The poster has been stored flat for many years and will be rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
