This is an original Italian movie poster from 1980 for Being There starring Peter Sellers, Shirley MacLaine, Jack Warden, Melvyn Douglas and Richard Basehart. Hal Ashby (Harold and Maude) directed the film. Renato Casaro is the artist for the poster. The title in Italian is “Oltre Il Giardino” which translates as “Beyond the Garden.”
The locandina-style poster measures 12.5" x 27.75" and is in very good to excellent condition with minimal wear. The poster was folded when printed in 1980 but has been stored flat for many years. It will be shipped in a tube mailer.
