This is an original Yugoslavian, theatrical movie poster from 1975 for the initial release of Chinatown starring Jack Nicholson, Faye Dunaway, John Huston, John Hillerman, Perry Lopez and Burt Young. Roman Polanski directed the classic crime film noir. Jim Pearsall is the artist for the poster.
The poster measures 19.5" x 27.75" and is in good to very good condition with minor wear/creasing along the white edges and a small tear on the lower-right edge that was previously repaired from the back with tape. very minor creasing along the top, white edge and a small smudge on the bottom-left corner. It was folded in half at the time of printing and has some minor fold wear. The poster has been stored flat for many years and will be rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
