This is an original, linen-backed, Style A one-sheet movie poster from 1977 for Slap Shot starring Paul Newman, Michael Ontkean, Lindsay Crouse, Jennifer Warren, Jerry Houser, Strother Martin, and Jeff Carlson. George Roy Hill directed the classic ice hockey comedy. Craig Nelson is the artist for the poster.
The poster measures 27" x 41" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. The poster was in very good to excellent condition prior to restoration minimal wear along some of the folds. It was folded at the time of printing but the folds are less noticeable after linen-backing. The poster will be rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
Please look closely at the photos (this is the exact poster you are buying). It is not cropped or a stock image. The black circles in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
